I've got seven brothers and sisters. I think I mentioned that. I really do think they'd have adopted more if I hadn't been such a nerve wracking kid to raise.
There's different cuts of venison and you've got to cook them differently. I think a lot of people who aren't familiar with it assume that the whole animal is the same, but that's like assuming a sirloin is the same as chuck roast. And I really like bear sausage.
