[Locked to Basement Residents]

This afternoon, at about 3:30 P.M., I experienced a rather wracking nightmare about my life before I stumbled through the Rift. Unfortunately, this resulted in violent weather phenomena localized in my room. Long story short, I have managed to thoroughly wreck my room with a small hurricane. I don't think the damage spread past my own living space, luckily, but Room 88 is completely soaked. Can anyone tell me who is in charge of clean-up in situations like these? I'm willing to pay to have the carpet, TV, and other things replaced (once I get some money). Also, is there a spare room that I can use until my own is sufficently repaired?
While I'm thinking about it, is anyone else here capable of manipulating weather patterns? This incident has shown that I have little control over my own powers, which is not a good thing. If I have another nightmarewhich I'm almost certain to, I might cause even greater property damage. I'm willing to take help from any source. I don't want to hurt anyone simply because I refused to take responsibility for my powers and actions thereof.
Finally, to anyone who may have noticed or sensed what was happening, I'm sorry if I caused you any undue distress. I seriously had no idea that a nightmare would cause such a violent reaction. My life before the Rift wasterrifying horrible not always pleasant. I myself am fine -- it's just my room that's a mess.
