A pity. It seems like they could be much more realistic and interesting with a minimum of effort. Nuanced characters gain a kind of immortality.
And they show up here, now that I think of it. Maybe the box office suck is a conspiracy to keep the Nexus population down.
I doubt it. Someone would have said. Or, more likely, the city would be in the middle of a vast sterilization zone. That's what they did to the other areas of uncontrollable weird.
